This large renovation project, was another turnkey finish for Edmund Browne Construction Ltd. The project involved 3 large buildings, containing 68 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, 18 Kitchen/living space areas and several communal areas. At the beginning, this project required a lot of demolition work, removing internal walls and ceilings as per drawings and specification. Fireproofing each room was imperative for this project. All internal walls, re-slabbed, plastered and painted.  All floors were fitted with tiles, marmoleum or laminate flooring.  Doors, skirting, and architrave fitted and painted. All rooms had fitted, and loose furniture installed creating a comfortable, relaxing feel to all rooms. By adding the final finishing touches to this project, it went from a dreary, uninhabitable building to a comfortable, calming space where you would love to unwind at the end of a busy day!
